The terrace facing the park-like, private inner courtyard is particularly beautiful. There is also air conditioning and central heating – which is why there is no gas boiler in the apartment itself.

The house is located on the corner of Tüzalto Street, where many buildings of Semmelweis University are located, including dentistry. The beautifully renovated Ferenc Square and the cafes and restaurants of Tompa utca are close by, as is the Corvin district with its shopping mall and varied nightlife. It is also not far to the Danube.
The nearest metro stations are Corvin Platz (where the important S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 also stop) and “Semmelweis Klinken“, both M3.
