As a special service from us, all communal areas (kitchen, hallway, bathrooms) are cleaned twice a month. We don’t do your dishes, and you have to dispose of the garbage yourself, but we make sure that you don’t have to make a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen. We know all landlords personally and make sure that the rooms are exactly as pictured. Through our digital signature workflow, we also ensure that you receive a legally binding contract from home and can be confident that you will be able to move into your room or apartment when you arrive in Budapest. If you need help or something doesn’t work as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff are always multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated.
