Bright, 120 square meter 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, only 1 minute walk from Blaha Lujza Square, in Népszínház Street.

This is a new shared flat that is currently being prepared and will be ready for occupancy in time for the winter semester. Moving in is possible from September 1. As with all our shared apartments, the apartment will be furnished with well thought-out basic equipment – ideal for students who want to live comfortably and centrally in Budapest.

The apartment will have two bathrooms, each with its own toilet, a washing machine, a shared, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished rooms.

The apartment is very close to two important metro stations: Blaha Luijza (M2, as well as S-Bahn lines 4 and 6) and Janos Pal Papa Ter (M4) both less than a 3-minute walk away. You can therefore reach practically any university in just a few metro or S-Bahn stops. For example Semmelweis: From Blaha Luijza Square, the S4 or S6 leaves every 2-4 minutes and takes you 3 stops.
