The house is located on Rozsa Street, very close to Andrassy Street, a World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful streets in Budapest. Varosliget is a huge park nearby, where you can also find one of the largest thermal baths, the Széchenyi Spa, and in winter you can use the City Park Ice Rink, one of the largest ice skating rinks in Europe. While the University of Veterinary Medicine and McDaniel College are within easy walking distance, Metro 1 and S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 provide quick access to everywhere.
