The house is located at the beginning of Tüzolto Street, just a few steps away from Ferenc Körút, where trams 4 and 6 run through the city 24 hours a day. Semmelweis University and the National University of Public Service are so close that you can easily walk between them. The ALDI supermarket, which won the Construction Industry Award of Excellence in 2011, the Pancs Gasztroplacc market, the Corvin shopping centre and busy transport hubs (Boráros Tér, Corvin Tér) are all within a block of the flat.

While many of the Semmelweis buildings are within walking distance, Metro 3 (Corvin Platz) and S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 will get you everywhere quickly. The Boraros Platz stop is also served by S-Bahn line 2, which runs along the Danube to the bridge at Margareteninsel.
