Bright, quietly located, renovated and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment in an old building on the second floor. You share a spacious kitchen with adjoining dining area, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.

The house is located at the beginning of Tüzolto Street, just a few steps away from Ferenc Körút, where the suburban trains 4 and 6 run through the city 24 hours a day. Semmelweis University and the National University of Public Service are so close that you can easily reach them on foot. The ALDI supermarket, which won the Construction Industry Award of Excellence in 2011, the Pancs Gasztroplacc market, the Corvin shopping center and busy transport hubs (Boráros Tér, Corvin Tér) are all within a block of the apartment. While many of the Semmelweis buildings are within walking distance, the Metro 3 (Corvin Square) and the S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 will get you everywhere quickly. S-Bahn line 2 also stops at Boraros Square and runs along the Danube to the Margaret Island bridge.

As a special service from us, all common areas (kitchen, hallway, bathrooms) are cleaned twice a month. We don’t do your dishes, and you have to dispose of the garbage yourself, but we make sure that you don’t have to make a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen.

We know all landlords personally and make sure that the rooms are exactly as pictured. Through our digital signature workflow, we also ensure that you receive a legally binding contract from home and that you can rely on being able to move into your room or apartment when you arrive in Budapest. If you need help or something doesn’t work as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff are always multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated. We will welcome you personally and show you around so that you will quickly settle in and feel at home.
