Rental prices by term

The basic price applies to 12-month contracts. It is always a fixed-term contract that must be adhered to for the agreed length of time. However, if you find a new tenant for the remaining period who is also acceptable to us and your flatmates, we can in turn terminate your contract before the end of the term.

12 months: 660 Euro plus Utilities
6 months, winter semester: 730 Euro plus Utilities
6 months, Sommersemester: 590 Euro plus Utilities

There is a flat-rate service charge of 90 euros that covers everything: electricity, heating, water, internet. As long as your consumption is within the usual limits, no further costs are to be expected.

Deposit regulation

A deposit of 2 months' cold rent (rent excluding ancillary costs) will be paid, which will be transferred back after moving out, less a flat-rate maintenance and final cleaning fee of 77 Euro. For tenants from EU member states, we offer the option of providing a parental guarantee, which means that only one month's rent has to be paid as a deposit.

About the property

Modern, very bright 2-bedroom apartment with terrace in a building from 2004 awarded for sustainable construction. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge and dishwasher. The terrace facing the park-like, private inner courtyard is particularly beautiful. There is also air conditioning and central heating – which is why there is no gas boiler in the apartment itself.

The house is located on the corner of Tüzalto Street, where many buildings of Semmelweis University are located, including dentistry. The beautifully renovated Ferenc Square and the cafes and restaurants of Tompa utca are close by, as is the Corvin district with its shopping mall and varied nightlife. It is also not far to the Danube.

The nearest metro stations are Corvin Platz (where the important S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 also stop) and “Semmelweis Klinken“, both M3.
