Room 1 is the largest of the rooms with 14 square meters and has a double bed (140cm wide), desk and wardrobe – the large window faces the inner courtyard.

Rental prices by term

The basic price applies to 12-month contracts. It is always a fixed-term contract that must be adhered to for the agreed length of time. However, if you find a new tenant for the remaining period who is also acceptable to us and your flatmates, we can in turn terminate your contract before the end of the term.

12 months: 340 Euro plus Utilities
6 months, winter semester: 370 Euro plus Utilities
6 months, Sommersemester: 310 Euro plus Utilities

There is a flat-rate service charge of 70 euros that covers everything: electricity, heating, water, internet. As long as your consumption is within the usual limits, no further costs are to be expected.

Deposit regulation

A deposit of 2 months' cold rent (rent excluding ancillary costs) will be paid, which will be transferred back after moving out, less a flat-rate maintenance and final cleaning fee of 80 Euro. For tenants from EU member states, we offer the option of providing a parental guarantee, which means that only one month's rent has to be paid as a deposit.

There are 2 metro stations in the immediate vicinity: the M4 at Rakoczi Square and the M3 at Corvin Square, from where the Semmelweis Clinics can be reached.
