Room 3 is the smallest of the rooms with 12 square meters of floor space and a gallery of about 5 square meters for the bed (140cm wide). The stairs are easy to climb and the room is equipped with everything you need: Workstation, closet, shelves and a small seating area. The window faces the inner courtyard, i.e. you can’t hear anything from the street.
Bright, quietly located, renovated and furnished 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor(with elevator). Maria Street is located in the palace district of the 8th district and thus in one of the most beautiful old building districts of Budapest. For students, the location is hard to beat – it is not only beautiful, but also particularly safe.
As a special service from us, all communal areas (kitchen, hallway, bathrooms) are cleaned twice a month. We don’t do your dishes, and you have to dispose of the garbage yourself, but we make sure that you don’t have to make a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen. We know all landlords personally and make sure that the rooms are exactly as pictured. Through our digital signature workflow, we also ensure that you receive a legally binding contract from home and can be confident that you will be able to move into your room or apartment when you arrive in Budapest. If you need help or something doesn’t work as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff are always multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated. We will welcome you personally and show you around so that you will quickly settle in and feel at home.
The house is located in Maria Street, very close to Miksath Kalman Square. Numerous cafes, restaurants and small stores make this area of the palace quarter (“Palota Negyed”) a very popular district for students, especially in summer. The Faculty of Dentistry and Oral Surgery, the Central Library of Semmelweis University and the Catholic University are located directly on the square. While many of the Semmelweis buildings can be reached on foot, Metro 4 (Rakoczi Square), Metro 3 (Corvin Square) and the S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 will get you everywhere quickly.
If you are interested in this room or apartment, please write me your questions. I speak German, English, Hungarian, Russian.
