About the room

Room 2 has a double bed, workstation, closet and shelves, with a window facing the street (one-way street, little traffic).

Rental prices by term

The basic price applies to 12-month contracts. It is always a fixed-term contract that must be adhered to for the agreed length of time. However, if you find a new tenant for the remaining period who is also acceptable to us and your flatmates, we can in turn terminate your contract before the end of the term.
  • 12 months: 410 Euro plus Utilities
  • 6 months, winter semester: 450 Euro plus Utilities
  • 6 months, Sommersemester: 370 Euro plus Utilities
There is a flat-rate service charge of 80 euros that covers everything: electricity, heating, water, internet. As long as your consumption is within the usual limits, no further costs are to be expected.

Deposit regulation

A deposit of 2 months' cold rent (rent excluding ancillary costs) will be paid, which will be transferred back after moving out, less a flat-rate maintenance and final cleaning fee of 80 Euro. For tenants from EU member states, we offer the option of providing a parental guarantee, which means that only one month's rent has to be paid as a deposit.

Rules

As a special service from us, all common areas (kitchen, hallway, bathrooms) are cleaned twice a month. We don’t do your dishes, and you have to dispose of the garbage yourself, but we make sure that you don’t have to make a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen.

We know all landlords personally and make sure that the rooms are exactly as pictured. Through our digital signature workflow, we also ensure that you receive a legally binding contract from home and that you can rely on being able to move into your room or apartment when you arrive in Budapest. If you need help or something doesn’t work as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff are always multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated. We will welcome you personally and show you around so that you will quickly settle in and feel at home.
