Rozsa Street is located in the residential area of the 7th district near the veterinary clinic. The famous Andrassy Boulevard with the Metro 1 and the Heroes’ Square with the city forest are within walking distance. The apartment has a modern bathroom with bathtub, as well as an independent WC. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, large fridge, stove with ceramic hob and oven.

The house is located on Rozsa Street, very close to Andrassy Street, a World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful streets in Budapest. Varosliget is a huge park nearby, where you can also find one of the largest thermal baths, the Széchenyi Spa, and in winter you can use the City Park Ice Rink, one of the largest ice skating rinks in Europe. While the University of Veterinary Medicine and McDaniel College are within easy walking distance, Metro 1 and S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 provide quick access to everywhere.
