Room 5 has a double bed (140cm wide), desk, wardrobe and rollaway shelves – it is the only room without direct neighbors, with a window facing the inner courtyard.
Bright, very centrally located near Kalvin Square, renovated and furnished 5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building that once belonged to the famous Eszterhazy family. Semmelweis University is so close that you could even use their WLAN. Of course we have installed modern fiber optic internet with 1Gbit speed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which has a WC, as well as another separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Note: The apartment has 5 rooms, but only 4 of them (rooms 2 to 5) are used.
As a special service from us, all communal areas (kitchen, hallway, bathrooms) are cleaned twice a month. We don’t do your dishes and you have to dispose of the garbage yourself, but we make sure that you don’t have to make a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen.
We know all landlords personally and make sure that the rooms are exactly as pictured. Through our digital signature workflow, we also ensure that you receive a legally binding contract from home and that you can rely on being able to move into your room or apartment when you arrive in Budapest. If you need help or something doesn’t work as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff are always multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated. We will welcome you personally and show you around so that you will quickly settle in and feel at home.
The Danube is very close (Freedom Bridge) and the famous Erwin Szabo Library with its magnificent reading rooms and the adjoining student quarter around Kalman Square are only a few steps away. Kalvin Square is an important traffic junction, behind which the 5th district already begins. It is in the immediate vicinity of the famous large market hall and the Liberty Bridge. The airport bus has its first stop in the city here.
While many of the Semmelweis buildings are within walking distance, the Metro 3 and 4 (Kalvin Ter) and the S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 (Corvin Square) get you everywhere quickly.
Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, including an Aldi store about 100m away.
While many of the Semmelweis buildings are within walking distance, Metro 4 (Rakoczi Platz), Metro 3 (Corvin Platz) and the S-Bahn lines 4 and 6 (from Corvin Platz) as well as 47 and 49 (2 stops to Elisabeth Platz, the city center and hub of the Metros 1,2,3) will get you everywhere quickly.
